There is never a one size fits all solution to weight loss. Also, one can not be forced to lose weight by someone else. Losing weight and keeping it off requires making permanent dietary and lifestyle changes, and they are changes that should be adopted by her husband and children as we do not live and eat in isolation. It is also important to deal with any underlying psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress. There also has to be acceptance of ones own natural body tendencies. God has made each of us different, and not everyone is meant to be a size zero.
