Talk to Diabetologist on Diabetes High Level 2, Upto 450-500

Hello doctors, My mother is 45 years old, she is facing severe problem in controlling blood sugar levels. We have tried with overall doctors for treatment and control but no doctor is able to control it. Today fasting level was 400 and after that it reached to 540. We are living in Larkana. I know this is serious condition, please guide or suggest.
