This is a skin condition in my left hand which has been for a month now with itching. I have tried anti allergic tablets but it didn't work out. Please guide.

I have cuts behind my right ear. It's super itchy and I have extremely dry skin. It's getting worse. Kindly recommend some moisturizing lotion too. Also, tell sometime for the dead skin and the black patches.
