Moisturise with non oily moisturiser lotion as much as you can, Apply sunblock lotion daytime to hands, do manicure with bio oils & exfoliate with milk cream scrubs, apply Vitamin C cream bedtime, i hope she will get better soon Regads
dont apply bleach next time . use moisturizer frequently.

Wrinkling occurs due to familial reasons, strict dieting, Earth's gravitational pull. They may also occur due to frequent use of soaps & detergents.
Unfortunately there is no oral medicine nor creams etc to get rid of the wrinkles. Since she is not old, she will best respond to HIFU treatment that will regenerate lost collagen in the skin.
