It need to evaluate for diagnosis. Fungal, vitiligo, hypomelanosis etc with wood lamp.

Sir i want to know if its a fungal infection then is it pissible that it affacts my two mnths old feeding baby bcz i see her black tongue today and after search on net its due to yeast fungal infection in infants i m so worried about her

it can affect if it is Fungal infected area in contact with mouth. black tongue is not due to Fungal infection. you need to consult dermatologist

If it is confirmed that you have Fungal infection then apply spike cream at night for 15 days. Consult Pedia specialist for baby.
