White Marks On Nails

these white marks keep appearing on my nails, solutions?
i am 16 yr olds, male
also football athlete, so good diet, taking right amount of foood and calcium, also cac1000.
but these marks keep appearing, since childhood 
how to solve.

These white spots could be normal or May occur due to superficial fungal infection. This infection may occur due to damage to the nail roots like trauma or if as a child you had a habit of sucking yours fingers.
