please suggest any medicine treatment in past I have surgically removed these but after some time it appears again. now it's spread all over face on the left side and inside beard

several times I have gone through electrocautery but after some time it appears again

They r viral warts we need to take some precautions after treatment and that we can guide u only when u take proper appointment

It needs Electrocautery to clear your skin
