Talk to Dermatologist on Vitiligo

I have been diah vitiligo by Dr. Azam Samdani, I want to confirm it by having another consultation also my White batches are not stopping I have stopped eating junk and sour still I am getting White spots mostly on my right feet and my 2 very small white spots on left nostril are increasing in size and getting whiter, also As earlier in June I was diagnosed with STI gonnorea due to having sexual affiliation with a professional women, but my penile Top and my left feet has these marks from December 2016 and I was thinking it's funus or yeast infection and I want to make it clear that it's not any STI please share a good Dr. For 2nd opinion, my gonnorea condition has been gone and my sexuality is alright after that also I have stopped my bad company and Changing habits but my mind is confused and whenever another spot appears I fall in tension and kept thinking of some big disease I might have caught due to my sexual desires earlier.
