Talk to Dermatologist on Under Arms Skin Issue

My problem began in last December when I got some itching around my underarms area.now it is getting worse. I had darkarmpits problem so I consulted a dermatologist and he gave me a cream to use called "white Balance".I was using it for about a year nothing happend but from 6 months the itching started. I do not use any deodrant or fragnance over that part.
