He is suffering through way too much sweating on palms and soles that it gets hard to step out of the house/hold phone or drive the car. The sweating levels are high on hand and feet but there is sweating on underarms too.

well there are many treatment options available. these include iontopheresis for hands and feet or botox inj whvh can be used for underarms too along with palms and soles. get TSH free T3 and T4 done and book appointment thru marham. bring test results alongsidd too.
In my opinion he should consult a clinical psychologist.
