my son is 3 years old. he is having very tiny pimples on one side of his lips in cluster from more than 2 weeks. i have applied Johnson's baby cream but nothing happened and now i feel like they are increasing.

it look like herpes simplex will settle down on it own you can just apply topical antibiotics cream to prevent secondary infection ,if problem continue plz visit your nearest dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment
