Asking For Self, Female 29, karachi

Aoa, I was diagnosed with Tinea Cruris and the medication I used for it were Tab verticil 250 mg once daily ---1 month Conaz cream to apply twice daily -- 1 month Tab jardin once daily at night ---15 days

Alhumdulliah my condition is much better now but it still itch sometimes. I have completed my medicine course so what should I do next? No wound left just the itching at night mostly. Visiting dermatologist again in not possible because of current situation. please help. Thanks in advance
