Talk to Dermatologist on Tinea Cruris

I want help from a dermatologist. I am suffering from tinea cruris and last month i was in Pakistan and dermatologist gave me curezole cream for external use and icon tablets (itraconazole) 100mg twice daily for 21 days. It relieve the symptoms and i thought the fungal infection is completely gone. But when after the completion of medicine course the infection came back just after 4 days. So now i want to ask what to do, should i carry on taking medicine although i took it for complete 3 weeks. Now i am in dubai and cant go to that dermatologist. She told me alternate name of same medicine that is available here in dubai (suporanox) should i take it? And for how many more weeks?
