The right hand's thumb has this dark impression as shown in attached figure. Because of this, the patient is unable to wash hands or put water on it in any way... otherwise, it worsens the impression and pains a lot. On consultation with doctors of the area, they say that it is the deficiency of Silicon (Si) in body. Using Si rich foods and medicine doesn't improve the condition. Suggest us some remedies or solutions please.
