Excessive sweating in my armpits. I feel very uncomfortable during meetings. specially in summers. Tried almost every deodorant but noting works. What can be the solution.

Dear Pt, Its imp to examine & run few tests. For Axillary hyperhidrosis we use Botox. But expensive & 6 months relief. For permanent there surgical options that I DON'T recommend but yes it's a detailed consult involving discussion in detail with pros n cons & mutually agreeing to wht is acceptable as an outcome with least side effects, Hope it make sense. Deodorants do not reduce sweating. instead use Anti- perspirents. These reduce perspiration and sweating.
