Talk to Dermatologist on Suffering From Acne

I have suffering from acne since 2008...cosult many dermatologists they recommend different kind of tablets like accutane, orientane...due to these temporary acne will control....the side effect of these I have suffering from now Pco's (pollycystic ovaries). Than doc recommend me" Diane 35 " for 3 months...after 3 months acne will again appears....now I have regular my period cycle means no Pcos problem....but acne will remain....please need suggestions from dermatologist now what can I do.... I am mother of 1 year old baby....no further baby plan till next year....
