Very poor quality pic with light refection. Anyway it seems that she has either lots of white heads or syringomas or a combination of the two. Unfortunately response to drug treatment is very poor, therefore I either treat them with Cryo-Surgery in which very fine spray of 0.25-0.5mm liquid nitrogen is given or else I treat them with RF device. It's a 10min procedure. Any of the treatment will leave a mark that will go away by itself within 7- days.
