I have been observing swelling on top of my penis tip for 4-5 days.. This swelling starts from night and lasts till afternoon.. What should I do..?? should I need to apply any ointment..?? how long does it lasts..??

asalamwalaikum. kindly want to clear that as you mention that there is swelling and resolve till afternoon indicates various reasons as it can be some allergic reaction as angioedema due to some underlying cause ,so you need complete work up and after full assessment and complete history can advise you better medicine, start tablet cetrizine 10 mg 1 tablet daily and apply cutivate cream 2 times for 3 days and book online appointment for further evaluation thanks
