Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Spots Without Allergic Reactions

I have non allergic wide dark brown skin spots since long. Its on mulpltiple spots, underarms, below the chin and little bit on thighs. Kindly advice some cure for these marks.

any complaint of itching or irritation and any previous medication used and family history?are they persistent or disappear anytime with medicine ?

no perosnal and family history of this. Haven't used any medication before this .No itching and spots are persistent.

these marks are just 3 , 4 year old.
I had similar type of marks on the other side but they faded with passage of time.

its better to visit nearby dermatologist because you need proper checkup ,many skin diseases also associated with underlying causes which need to be evaluate by proper investigations and in doubt ful cases skin biopsy is also needed ,so kindly visit nearby dermatologist don't ignore this
