Asking for Other, Female, 31 years old, Lahore
I have come in contact with a male having genital warts around his balls. Though the area was not being touched directly in any case, I just want to know if there are any chances of transferability? Its been one week no symptoms. Should I get checked? Or have any medicine or vaccination as proactive approach?

Dear Pt, How you can be sure it wasn't touched as its quite near. viral warts IF it is are quite contagious, are you vaccinated ? Have a watchful eye during showers. Basically a detailed history is recommended regarding the CONTACT person to rule out other possible diseases as well. Hope this helps, Regards
