Dear patient, we cannot make any diagnosis from your history. There are so many condition that can cause itching for example you may have hives may have some other condition. Please take telephonic consultation with any dermatologist and get proper treatment .
First of all don't use any kind of soap or body wash for bathing. After bath apply some kind of body lotion to your entire body.
