I had few tiny fluid filled bumps on the inner side of mu hand finger and it later transformed into scaly itching patch. Same patch is forming on my other hand too now. I am a housewife and i cook and do dishes. Please tell me some medication to treat it.

Your are developing irritant type of eczema night on by soaps and detergents. So now you will have to completely avoid those chemicals by 1st wearing cotton gloves and rubber kitchen gloves over it.
Apply Vaseline several times a day.
Avoid contact with vegetable and fruit juices as well.
You will be using soaps only for your personal hygiene.
Check with the local pharmacy if they have Hydrocortisone ointment. Apply that to the rash 3-4 times daily.
