Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Rashes
Asking for Other, Female, 80 years old, Islamabad
My grandmother can't go see a doctor at the moment as she tested positive for covid. She has been wearing diapers due to extreme weakness which ended up giving her painful rashes. She also has rashes in her armpits and chest area. I think it's ring worm on the chest but the nappy rash is really painful. Kindly advice what i should do for her.

apply sudo cream on nappy rash. let the area dry thoroughly before putting on another diaper. dont leave diaper on for too long. change frequently.
most probably she has eczema on these places due to heat and bumidity. These areas must be kept dry and ventilated and slightly cooled. She must not sweat. Sweat is the main reason for all that.
Apply cold cream frequently on the involved areas.
I will prefer an online consultation so that I can examine her rashes and advise appropriate medicines.

plz apply dermosporin lotion and keep the area area dry. if possible change sides hourly and lesve the diaper open for 15 min every 2 hours.
