My husband has this type of rash on his shoulder chest and buttocks... it is very painful to touch he also has one pimple on his forehead and one in his head ...It started on arms and spreading gradually with time... no change in his eating habits neither he used any creams aur shower gel no complain of itching what’s this and how to cure it

He has no rash on his face and neither he’s losing hair ... he has very thick and long hair and no complain of hair fall

He may not be noticing the hair loss but he is developing baldness from the sides of the forehead.
In any case he has to attend a Dermatologist clinic for assessment of the acne and the type of skin he has and treatment and management.
