Asking for Brother Male 45 , lower dir
8 days since my brother developed this rash on upper limbs and lower limbs. itchy and red papular urticaria type. needs dermatologist opinion and management. thanks.he is diabetic and hypertensive. on oral medications. recently recoved from covid-19. he is in saudi arabia

Urticaria is always treated by first finding out the reason of this rash. No medicine will help him if he keeps on eating food he is allergic to.
In my opinion he needs to visit a qualified Dermatologist who would assist him find the offending substance. Just make sure the Dermatologist is not an Arab. Better if he is either a British or an Indian.
What your brother has is serious skin disorder with some serious complications. He needs treatment ASAP
