I am having round , dark scaly patches on my hips. They itch a lot. The skin has become dried and scaly. and little bumps on the corners. also the area has become black . in this pandemic I can't go to any doc as my in laws won't allow since I am a toddler's mom. we are totally at home. so please prescribe me any cream or lotion to get rid of this

Dear patient, according to your description it’s look like a fungal infection. It is mostly cause by sweating due to hot, humid weather. You can apply anti-fungal cream. Sometime needs oral anti- fungal also. As you mentioned you have toddler,you need proper treatment and precautions. You can make a tele visit at Marham.
just apply vaseline as frequently as possible. OR better book on line consultation thru marham
The other option which is not a good one is to get online video consultation. Unless a doctor checks what it is, treatment is real difficult.
