Grains appeared on both elbows a day before Eid next day area extended 2 inch above and 2 inch lower the elbow than thighs and some on face I gave rigix 0.5 ml bed time for 1 week but no improvement, used sudo cream for soothing effect it worked..itching only at night, no fever all other body parts clean.
