Aoa Doctors I'm having these dark spots (pigmentation) on my back , neck and upper arms since my teenages and my mother has same issue on her hands. Now they are getting darker. I have tried many remedies but it didn't work. Now I am using kojic acid soap and waiting for result. Can someone suggest a better solution to get a rid of them. I'm much worried about them. This seems like cutaneous amyloidosis. Such a diagnosis can’t be treated with out confirmation. Use sunblock regularly to avoid worsening. Best is to see a doctor.

Dear pt, Seems a chronic disease process... needs examination possible diagnostic BX .... I'm shocked that how can a soap can sort any issue? plz for god sakes stop using horrible stuff like trimelasin n local creams. its better not to use anything than such stuff. hope it helps. Regards
