please recommend me an effective skin care product for dry skin... because I want to clear my face spots... also tell me a good dermatologist in karachi.... my skin is too dull &eth;&Yuml;&tilde;&shy;

asalam o alikum. for dry skin use any good mosturising soap like Dove. dont take shower with hot water instead use luke warm water for shower and washing
hydrophil lotion 5 % use twice daily on dry areas or hydrowhiz lotion use twice daily. use a good sunblock like uveil fort spf 60 sunblock morning afternoon on face. it will give you sun protection and also have ouly effect so both your problems will be solved
