Nails are being damaged gradually. First of all a black dot appears in nail after that the whole nail becomes rough.It also pains and now this problem is started in foot nails also.

Seems to b onychomycosis /nail fungal infection
Apply Dermosporin lotion twice a day on affected area only
Oral medication is required which needs monitoring for treatment response and side effects. Get LFT test done
