Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem

I am having these kind of skin allergy about more than 3 months ,some time it's off and on . now I noticed round shaped itchy patches most likely ring worms and after some days their skin is dry. I took a online consultation ad Dr advised me to use dermosporin but it wasn't fruitful. then some Dr suggested me Flogocid ointment ,I used it but it's also not showing satisfying results. I have recently tested covid-19 positive ,so can't visit hospital personally. please advise me some thing. thank you
