Salam doctors! I need to ask about my father's condition. Unky right hand k palm me kuch chhalay niklay hen. 3 maah pehlay sirf 2 thy, ab 7,8 ho gaye hen. Its black in color, ajeeb sy dry hain.. father ko sugar b hai lekin wo controlled hai, zada issue nahi hai. He have very active lifestyle, 10km walk krty daily.. aur koi issue nahi.. these bumps are bothering me, please kindly guide is this normal or something serious?? Pic is attached
