give her syrup augmentin and apply mupir ointment twice daily..
Use syrup augmentin subha shaam...
And use polyfax ointment on the area.
This is a very superficial bacterial infection of the top layer of the skin. Please do not give her any antibiotics instead an appropriate broad spectrum anti bacterial cream only will do the wonders.
