Asking for Brother, Male, 15 years old, Islamabad
My brother has these pimples on his back which itch a lot and he scratches them a lot. They are spreading and we didn't visit hospital because of Covid-19. Please guide on what to apply on the skin.

This acne looks pretty bad and I think the acne is bad because you applied some medicine to the back.
In my opinion the patient must consult a Dermatologist in person.

This acne isnt in a good a condition. Better to visit a dermatologist as it needs detailed history investigations n then treatment.
