I can't say for sure what toe of rash you have in your face but most likely they are acne papules.
Unfortunately I am traveling these days and cannot examine you. But here I works like to advise you to frequently wash your face with mild soap or face wash.
I will be back on 16th Aug, so if you still have problem by that time, please come to my clinic so that I examine your skin and the rash and prescribe you appropriate meds.
