Skin Problem

Question

I have white patches on face because of dryness.(Eczema) Ma almost 5 months sa different medicated creams use kar rahe hun, nishan kam ho jaty hain but completely khtam nahe ho raha, perfume wale cosmetics white patches bna date hain.. what should I do? I am using neutrasoap bar ,momate ointment and physiogel, but khatm nahe ho raha, I need guidance from a dermatologist.
