She has pretty bad acne and old acne scars. Since you cannot come to Karachi from where you live, therefore please try to find a qualified Dermatologist either in your city or go to a nearby bigger city and try to find one. But it's real challenging finding a qualified Dermatologist.
Acne is a prolonged disorder and needs constant treatment even if you not breaking any acne. If not treated on time or ill treated it leaves marks and scars permanently.
