First a Dermatologist has to see those rash to diagnose. I was wondering maybe the rash is due to hot weather and you washing your face frequently with soap or face wash.

if your face has become dry then wash your face only with plain water with no soap or face wash. Apply very light moisturizer on the face or any moisturizer but with very small amount.

Give this a try for 3 days. If you don't get better by Friday, let me see you on Sat afternoon at my clinic. Please take appointment thru Marham.
