It occurs on my feet dorsal side usually after 6months and get normal after application of betasalic ointment. Diagnosis, treatment, cause nd prevention please?

Apparently it looks like an eczema. The type of eczema you have can only be made after physically examining the rash.
Don't use betasalic ointment because it's a very strong medicine and makes your skin thinner with bad consequences.
In my opinion you must take an appointment to consult me and only after examination I guide you with the remedy and best possible treatment.
