Apparently it looks like an eczema. The type of eczema you have can only be made after physically examining the rash.
Don't use betasalic ointment because it's a very strong medicine and makes your skin thinner with bad consequences.
In my opinion you must take an appointment to consult me and only after examination I guide you with the remedy and best possible treatment.
