Assalam o Alaikum !. I have this dry patch with itching on my right leg from winters . I thought it would be fine in summers. But nothing happen. Previously i asked from this forum and Doctor guide me to hydrate it with Vaseline and it was look like Eczema. I applied Vaseline on regular basis and it become too fine , now m using coconut oil on it. Now the problem is there is only black skin and have very rare itching. So plz Doctors it's a humble request to refer me any ointment .
take antiallergic
and apply fusicort cream once daily for 2 weeks .
use mild moisturizing soap and frequent moisturize the skin.
it is subacute eczema. Apply Vaseline several times daily. take anti itching tablets. you must not scratch it. Meanwhile consult a Dermatologist in your area for proper treatment.

Yes. I am not doing itching on it. I applied Vaseline and coconut oil several times a day. That's why dry patch is in good form but the skin is black.

If the pictures you posted are the latest ones, then you still have that eczema. Apply Vaseline and consult a Dermatologist near you. I cannot prescribe you any medication without first examining you.

Assalam o Alaikum.
I have applied fusicort careem for 2 weeks.
Now I have slight difference in my black part. I have no dryness, no itching .
It's just only slight black skin as above in last picture.
Now plz advise should I continue it or it will be fine itself.
