Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, Peshawar
He is 8 months old and havd some spots around lips. Which is increasing day by day. Kindly recommend any cream and reason why this happens to him

Need detailed history?? These are not only spots.. Seems some water filled vesicles were there that ruptured leading to current picture
Please tell what type of lesions were there first the changes that occurred later? Duration of problem? Recurrent or first time?
Looks like superficial bacterial infection but in the absence of credible detailed history and clinical examination it is difficult to diagnose with authenticity.
In my opinion you must consult a Dermatologist in your city.
