Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Pakpattan
AOA.. I am 32 years old, married and pragnent. I have frackle on my both cheeks and nose too. Having these frackle from 3 to 4 years. I visited skin specialists. But there medicine did not affect on my frackle. Kindly suggest me any cream which is more effective.

Apply sun block 60 cream during the day and continue iron supplements throughout pregnancy and after delivery and then take appointment for further treatment
If freckles r there for last 3 or 4 yrs. Then no need to take treatment for only freckles during pregnancy. Once u r done with delivery. Visit dermatologist for treatment.. Currently check ur Hemoglobin in CBC test. And take any iron supplement as prescribed by ur gynecologist. It'll improve ur freckles as well
these are old freckles and they will get dark in each pregnancy and goes into derper layers where meds do not penetrate. so combination of treatment requiring exfoliation to help creams get into derper layes are needed. book ur appointment thru marham. the clinic timmings are now for morning
There are no medicine to treat freckles. Applying medicines makes the spots darker. First you have to strictly avoid exposure to light. When you go out during the daytime please cover your have with a dark colored piece of cloth.
For it's treatment the only procedure that's going to help you is Plasma Fibroblasting.

I rarely go into the sun, and cover my face whenever I go out. These are old frackle and getting dark in pragnancy.

But no creams, lotions or any oral medicine will help you. They may make the colour darker. After delivery.... make take 4-6 months they may slightly fade but you have develop some more at the same time.
Like I said in my previous note that the only treatment procedure that will help you is Plasma Fibroblasting. But for that you will have to travel to Karachi after delivery.
