I have severe dandruff in my hair its like mud . When i put ny hands in hair it comes in my finger and i have back acne from neck to my back i have a lot of acne and also on my chest and elbow i am having acne . I had blood test ultra sound thyroid test all were clear. Pls suggest what should i do
