Since a month my skin arpunf mouth gets extremely dry after washinf face i have use face wash for dry skin too n keep it moisturized but then again it gets extremely dry is it a type of eczema?

Yes it can be. Try changing ur tooth paste too. Apply white petroleum jelly morning evening hopefully it shld help. Regards
