From last few weeks some pinpointed flat n smooth bright red spots are appearing on my skin .after few days they turn brown.seems kind of hemorrhage just beneath my skin.plz tell me are they age related angiomas? Related to covid vaccination? Is there any treatment to stop them or will they disappear themselves?
