20yeara old female married having these lesions initially on neck from last 2 months now she noticed spread on back and on front (including chest and abdomen area). NO history of pruritis/discharge/redness. She is a known case of allergic rhinitis for which she take Cetrizine 10mg from years!

It’s tinea versicolor use canestene cream twice daily for a month and use ZN bar soap while taking bath
Pityriasis versicolor. Apply dermosporin lotion twice a day and conaz shampoo on wet skin during bathing and leave it on for 10 minutes daily.

It's difficult to diagnose on the pictures provided. Chances are that these are due to a yeast-like infection of the skin.
it's better if you consult a qualified Dermatologist in your area to make a correct diagnosis and hence correct treatment.
