asalamwalikum,its very important to know the exact cause of this skin issue as it is chronic either it can be eczema, psoriasis or fungal infection but if fungal medication is not effective for it then it can be eczema or psoriasis ,its better to visit nearby dermatologist for skin biopsy to know the exact diagnosis and then treatment ,because without knowing underlying pathology all the treatment will be temporary
It’s 100% not fungus at all. It looks like an eczema which has gone bad. In my opinion you should visit my clinic after these holidays for proper diagnosis and treatment.
