My mother got this red red patches of allergy on her cheeks and back of neck. What should be used to cure it and what's the cause of it?

At the moment I would like you to apply any cold cream to her back once or twice daily. Secondly give her anti- itching tablets.
If not better in 2 or 3 days, please consult a Dermatologist in your area.

Although it's not advised and it's dangerous too to advise meds without examining the patient first. But you can try giving her tablet Lorin-NSA once or twice daily for a few days only.
