Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy

Im getting a rash on my cheeks for like 2 and a half weeks now.its not goings,i visited two dermatologist during this situation one of them told me its contact dermatitis bcuz of makeup or something and o Second dermatologist told me its photo allergy means sun allergy I dont know what its is,diagnose nhi ho pa raha Its a red rash on my cheeks area is heated whenever i touch and its itchy and burns a little also itches when i get emotional or angry Please tag a experienced dermatologist who can guide me a little,also medicines prescribed by previous two derma i visited didnt worked for me Thanku
