Looks like seborrheic dermatitis. Best would be if you see a dermatologist or paediatric dermatologist so they can advise medicines accordingly since the baby is only a month old.

Visited dr yesterday she said its cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis.. advised 1%hydrocortisone with white parrafin.5gram hydrocortisone with 95 gram paraffin. 7 days 3 times a day
